Little Boy with Wings

Billy Day is an average happy go lucky ten year old boy, however he's not your average little boy. He was born with wings and he has the ability to fly. He commits himself to using his magical abilities to help children who are victims of bullying learn to love themselves and accept what makes them different from others. Billy has a no tolerance attitude towards bullying and this angers, Bell Blake, one of the meanest bully's in the school. Bell then seeks revenge by devising a cruel prank at Billy's expense. Will Billy overcome Bell's mean shenanigans and continue to take a stand against bullying or will this experience cause Billy to back down and never stand up for anyone ever again?
