English Matters Grade 5 Learner's Pack

English Matters is unique, in that the Learner's Book and the Reader are two separate books, sold as one. Not only does this offer a tremendous cost saving, but it is designed to provide learners with the skills to communicate confidently in English, explore new knowledge and read for pleasure. While suitable for learners who use English as a language of learning, the focus is on learners who use English as an additional language. The Learner's Book contains * vocabulary builders that teach new words in an appropriate context * 'helper' characters who give hints and remind learners what they already know * consistent assessment throughout * content and activities that have been successfully trialed.
